I’ve always believed that how you show up matters just as much as what you bring to the table. Growing up, I learned early that manners weren’t just about forks and napkins, but they were about respect, confidence, and making others feel valued. Those lessons followed me into my work in public health, higher education, and leadership development, where I’ve spent years mentoring students, coaching professionals, and creating opportunities for people to thrive.
That passion is at the heart of Etiquette by Design & Co. I founded this company to help youth, professionals, and organizations master the art of presence, whether that’s walking into a job interview, hosting a client dinner, or leading a team. Through customized etiquette, leadership, and personal presence training, I help my clients build the kind of confidence that turns heads, earns trust, and opens doors. Because presence isn’t just noticed; it’s remembered.
